They take short cuts. My poorly installed PPF started pealing off within 90 days. Terrible cuts and trimming. Paid top dollar and got pre-cut DIY results. DO NOT USE!

I just had my new to me car (MY 2019) wrapped in ppf and had them apply opti-coat pro + ceramic coating. Unfortunately the car already had a few minor paint chips which I was willing to live with. My goal here was to have a glossy looking vehicle, easy to keep clean and prevent further damage to the paint with the xpel ppf. The vehicle was involved in a minor accident four years ago to the rear. Between the previous owner not knowing how to take care of the paint and the body shops subpar work, the clear coat was marred up and there were scratches everywhere. I honestly did not think it was possible to get the paint looking like new again. I picked up the car last night and I'm completely amazed at how beautiful the paint looks. It is better than new.They had to do a two-step paint correction and I now can't find a single scratch anywhere! Honestly the paint is like staring at a mirror! I had another vehicle done with them back in 2021 and everything is holding up well. I have been nailed with road debris numerous times on the highway and the Xpel ppf has done its job protecting the paint. I brought my new audi to craft detailing to have the windows tinted and opticoat technology applied to protect thei finish on my car. Not only is the customer service top notch, Kevin and his team paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend!!

Always a pleasure working with Craft Detailing. I have trusted them with multiple cars over the past few years. From simple washes to ceramic coating and application of PPF, they never disappoint. The cars always come out looking pristine and are handled with care. Kevin and Lia are always extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent about their services. I found this location through Googling for local detailing shops. This shop had some great reviews and the comments were consistent. So I gave the shop a call and explained them my car issue. I started getting water spots on my paint job, windows, and wheels about 3 months ago. I don’t park near a sprinkler so my only guess was acid rain came along and then the hot days after that locked them in. I tried some DYI ideas that some friends of mine suggested as well as a car was location suggesting using CLR but alas the spots kept returning. The woman on the phone suggested I come in and the do a test spot on the car to see if their least aggressive product would do the trick. I came in and at last something finally worked!! Less than 2 hours later and $200 for the exterior detailing my car was saved! These people were so personable and friendly and life savers to say the least. I will be recommending this place to everyone, friends and family, and I most certainly will be back!!
